Are We There Yet? - April 2012By Pamela Shelly
I have made a list of some qualities you can use as a gauge. I feel because we are multi-dimensional beings we are in and out of various dimensions all the time. Once we have overcome the lower dense energies of fear in all forms then we will be hanging out more in the higher dimensions. There will always be lessons and learnings along the way and yes many tests but the biggest challenges and Initiations you will leave behind. It takes discipline, courage and a lot of faith to release many lifetimes of karma and eons of programming. To me it is like being a computer hard drive and we all have a virus in our software (some have many viruses). We need anti-virus programs to reprogram our cellular memories and thankfully there are a vast array of tools and assistance that we all wrote into our Soul Contracts.
3rd Dimensional Qualities:
~ You hang on to the old rules and structures for dear life, not willing to go into the unknown, resistant to change creating pain and suffering.
~ You settle by staying in unhealthy relationships, unfulfilling or soul killing jobs that you have no passion for just to get the 'illusional' sense of security.
~ You are still being driven by themes of unsupported, unworthy, unloved, deserted, and others.
~ Being ego-driven you are self-sabotaging in a variety of ways. You are creating illness due to your being out of alignment, not honoring who you truly are and offering your gifts and being of service to those that need you.
~ You wallow in self-pity or depression and use drugs, medications, alcohol, food, gambling, watch lower vibrational TV/movies to escape and numb feelings.
~ You are attached to things, people and outcomes. You choose to stay in the uncomfortable but familiar rather than let go and move forward.
~ You righteously hold on to grudges and the need to be right. You judge others, project and blame, you want to shoot the messenger, are easily triggered and self-critical.
~ You are a ‘victim’.
~ You live in duality, perceiving black and white, right or wrong, staying safe by compartmentalizing.

5th Dimensional Qualities:
~ Living in the present time, less memory of the past, time is very malleable and not linear.
~ You are connected, unity consciousness, guidance flows naturally moment to moment, you KNOW what is for the highest good and make Soul guided choices.
~ You have merged with your Higher Self.
~ Sleep patterns have changed and you go with the flow.
~ You are much more telepathic.
~ You don't easily tolerate lower vibrational energies (people, music, workplace energies, concerts, theatres, sports events, news, TV)
~ You are lovingly detached to people, things and outcomes - being in the world but not of it.
~ You love your own company and only have loving supportive relationships. It is all about energy and you attract like-minded and lower energy is repelled.
~ You choose to listen to soothing higher vibrational music, watch and read inspirational shows and books, and you spend more time in silence and nature.
~ You create what you need moment-to-moment as you TRUST the flow of abundance; it isn't about how much is in your bank account.
~ Retirement isn't in your vocabulary, as you love being of service.
~ You create loving relationships that aren't based on neediness for security or looking for love outside of yourself but are based on mutually enhancing and bringing out the best in each other.
~ You may connect with your Twin Flame on or off the planet.
~ You question what is being mirrored to you and why. You are aware of the tests and you know once this lesson is learned you will experience another as you continue go up the spiral of ascension.
~ You are forgiving and most of all Self-love and forgiveness is a constant companion.
~ You have mastered the 'self' living in your heart centered soul infused self rather than your fearful lower ego self, consciously aware of thoughts and actions and are accountable knowing you create your own reality.

WE not ME
I find the peak transition periods are the most challenging and yes I am a bit battle weary as many of you are. The ongoing war between my ego and soul self was brutal at times during this past few intense years. I know this is going to be my best year ever and I know many of you feel the same. For those of you in the midst of the battle know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and your hard work will be well worth the effort. One of the most important things is to stop being so hard on yourself. Forgive and move on. Reach out for help when you need it, knowing that you are not alone. Don't allow that old tape to berate or beat yourself up any longer.
You, your light, precious energy and gifts are so needed. YOU make such a difference. You truly are LOVED, SUPPORTED and WORTHY. Love and Angel blessings, Pamela

 | Addressing Dehydration | | Dehydration does not only happen to athletes. Anyone can lose too many fluids. This can happen even while doing everyday tasks such as mowing the lawn or even playing on the beach. Signs of severe
dehydration include nausea, inability to speak clearly, confusion and high body temperature. Keep your body fluids at a proper level. Drink enough fluids to make up what you lose before, during and after any
activity where you sweat heavily. |
