Help and Healing Through the Teachings of Bruno Groening
Physicians report about a special way of healing on the spiritual path.
“I had breathing difficulties and chest pains over many years. It was angina pectoris -my heart was sick. Overnight I became healthy.” M. Galante, MD from New York knows what he is talking about. This sixty year old doctor became healthy overnight from a severe chronic heart ailment.
The university halls in Toronto and San Francisco were filled in October 2008, and in Washington DC, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati in 2009. Hundreds of Canadians and Americans wanted to seize the opportunity to attend this special event. Doctors from Europe, Russia, and North America stood together, backed by scientific evidence. Bruno Groening stated, “There is no incurable. There is a higher power which can help every human being.”
Help and healing are possible for all kinds of conditions such as osteoporosis, heroin addiction, depression, exhaustion, asthma, arthritis, decade long chronic pain, allergies, stomach and bowel pain and many other diseases. Doctors from all continents have joined together, reviewing and documenting healings of people in more than 70 countries. The healed people and the doctors have opened themselves to a healing power, which everyone can absorb effortlessly and without cost. This healing power surrounds the entire body. “You sometimes feel a streaming or tingling sensation. It is a very pleasant feeling,” states Dr. Professor Beketova from Kiev. “You can experience it now. Open your heart.”
Around the globe thousands of people have found their way to these lectures.
The basis for this worldwide healing phenomenon is the simple and unique teaching of Bruno Groening, who lived in Europe between 1906 and 1959. “Trust and believe, the divine power helps and heals,” he said again and again. Up to 30,000 people came to him in a single day. He spoke with clear and sincere words, and many in the audience became healthy. “Separate yourself from the illness. It doesn’t belong to you. I will help you reconnect to the divine power.” He left behind knowledge of the laws of a healing power that is so strong that it can help every living thing. People need to realize how to open their hearts and themselves to this all-pervasive energy. It is so easy and effortless that even children can do it.
The German medical doctor, Gerhard Blaettner, recalls, “My own patients, whom I had been treating for over a decade, came to tell me about their healings through the teaching of Bruno Groening. Using a traditional medical approach, I had applied every possible treatment to help them, but I had not been able to alleviate their chronic suffering.”
The Medical Scientific Group (MWF) is a part of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends, and it includes doctors and representatives from other healing professions from around the world. The international Circle of Friends is responsible for passing on Bruno Groening’s teaching about healing and living on the spiritual path. The doctors present all their lectures and share out of gratitude for the help and healing they have received or witnessed personally. The entire worldwide effort is done voluntarily and on a donation basis.

Don't Sweat It
Exercisers of all ages are at increased risk for dehydration during these hot summer months. Dehydration can diminish energy, impair performance, and have serious health consequences. Even a 2% loss of body weight through sweat--3 pounds for a 150-pound exerciser--can mean trouble. Maintaining proper hydration is important for all fitness enthusiasts. Weighing yourself, without clothing, just before and after you exercise is one way to measure fluid losses. Each pound lost is equivalent to about 15 ounces of dehydration.

Curried Garlic Greens
Category: Vegetarian Entrees
Description: When some people hear the word "greens," they immediately conjure up childhood memories of overcooked lumps of vegetation they were forced to eat and hated. But the vegetable section of the grocery or health store is a different world today, brimming with a variety of greens such as spinach, chard, kale, mustard, collards and bok choy that are tasty as well as excellent sources of vitamins and minerals. Iron, calcium and folic acid (an important B vitamin that helps prevent birth defects and offers protection from heart disease) are abundant in these leafy veggies.
Greens can have strong tastes, but we encourage you to experiment with varieties you've never tried or haven't had in a while. You'll be in for a pleasant surprise.
