My Vibrational Shifts in Ireland - December 2017

By Cindy Smith

I want to share about our Celtic Angel Sacred Tour to Ireland this year for two reasons, gratitude and vibration shifts with our Angels and Mother Earth. On this trip, our second tour, my Angel Team assisted me to increase my awareness of understanding of how different locations on mother earth, affect my physical being and can make it easier to connect to the Angels because of this vibration.

I have understood this in past when I have went to locations in North America such as; Emerald Lake, (only two hr. drive away from me), and several other locations in Rockies, Sedona, Hawaii, The Okanagan,  are a few examples of what I refer to as locations with Energy Vortexes. This last trip to Ireland solidified for me how different areas on mother earth hold a different vibration. My ability to feel the vibrational shift within my physical became much stronger. Yes, we can all visit a new location and the beauty of the place will shift our vibration, we feel the joy and awe or wonder. When we enter an energy vortex perhaps it is more we feel; an increase or decrease in heart rate or breathing, a lightness or heaviness within physical, emotions respond, our physical tingles on skin or what I call, “Angel bumps”.

I suggest next time you go to a location that is special for you pay attention to how your physical body reacts. Ireland and Europe have such Ancient Energy to experience including; Stone Circles, Cathedrals, Castles, ancient ruins, fairy forts are a few we visit on tour. My Angel Team encourages me to visit different locations on mother earth because my awareness to vibration increases and in turn my clarity with them is enhanced. I am ready to go back to Ireland now; however, I was just in Rockies for Easter weekend and got my boost in vibration.

Gratitude was another lesson for me on my trip to Ireland. I experienced what I consider one of those aha moments when our group at the end of tour (who are now all AEP family) were sharing in circle their gratitude for each other and their experience in Ireland. When it was my turn to share I had a high surge of emotion, gratitude and love, and I started to sob with this emotion. I was overwhelmed with the gratitude and love I felt at that moment.

I AM TRULY BLESSED WITH THE PEOPLE I MEET, THE PLACES I VISIT, THE FAMILY SUPPORT AND LOVE, MY ANGEL TEAM, ON THIS AMAZING JOURNEY I AM ON.

I have feel Gratitude often and acknowledge the importance of receiving and giving for balance in my life, however, at that moment in time in Ireland I will never forget the power of the emotion of Gratitude.  Thank you to all that were there to share it with me.

Celtic Healings Intuitive Readings with Maria O'Farrell Carr

Wellness Tip
Correct breathing during lifting
Correct breathing during exercise helps keep blood pressure down and avoids unnecessary stress on the arteries. The National Institute on Aging recommends exhaling while you lift and inhaling as the weights return to their starting position. You should never hold your breath during while lifting weights.

Recipe
Dandelion and Tomato Salad
Category: Salads
Description: Pity the American dandelion. In countries across the world the dandelion is considered a delicious vegetable and is consumed with affection–and dandelion has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. In America, it is most often cursed as an irksome weed and is pulled, poisoned and otherwise generally maligned.

Dandelion gets its name from the French "dents de lion", or lion's teeth, which describes the jagged edges on the leaves. The "lion" part might be there due to the fact that the fluffy yellow flowers of the plant resemble a lion's furry mane.
Dandelion greens are loaded with beta carotene, the carotenoid phytonutrient that is a precursor to vitamin A.
Dandelions help to support digestion.
Known to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Traditionally used as an anti-viral, treatment for gout, eczema, jaundice, and edema.
Function as both mild laxative and gentle diuretic properties to purify the blood and cleanse the system.

Dandelion greens have a reputation for bitterness, but they are nicely so, and the bitterness is balanced by a lovely spiciness similar to arugula. Mature greens can get pretty bitter, but this can be tamed by blanching them.
The time to harvest dandelion greens is early in the spring, when they are their youngest and before they flower. They can be harvested again in late fall as they loose some of their bitterness after a frost. Look for young dandelions growing in rich, moist soil, making sure not to forage close to roads. They taste fresh and easy to add to any salad!
This recipes is so simple to make.
