Feldenkrais is a Somatic(Through the body) learning method. Coordinating brain and body's needs to overcome injury, stress and aging. Movement classes that adapt to meet you where you are physically and shows you how you can change movement habits and challenges into successes.

Lynn Andersen, GCFT Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher. Playful and compassionate teacher who recovered from serious injury and life trauma using this method. Has taken Non Violent Communication and is presently in second year of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Recovery training program. Both programs focus on communicating with the nervous system in order for the person to recover and return to self regulating.
