REFLEXOLOGY in Canada

Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
Through applications of medium pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural function of related areas of the body.
Reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe or treat specific conditions. Reflexology has been practiced in India, Egypt and China for over 5,000 years and continues to be widely used throughout the world today as a safe, effective and beneficial therapy.
Essentially, Reflexology helps to balance the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your whole body.
