½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup whipping cream

6. Add cream and cheese, mix well.

Wellness Tip
Exercise Cool Down
Fitness experts recommend cooling down after a moderate to high intensity exercise session. This prevents sudden pooling of blood in the muscles. Slowly cooling down also prevents sudden drops in blood pressure that can lead to dizziness and falls. During the last 3-5 minutes of your workout, gradually decrease the exercise intensity. Gently approach your resting state before coming to a complete stop.

The trees being the tallest living thing around, it’s easy to envision a past where they were revered. Trees provided shelter, food, warmth and cooking capabilities through fire wood along with acting as a home to many animals. It’s thought that when a tribe cleared a piece of land for settlement, they would leave a great tree in the middle known as the “Crann Na Beatha”...

Vegan Gluten-Free Easy Banana Cookies
Category: Desserts
Description: Wonderfully sweet with firm and creamy flesh, bananas come prepackaged in their own yellow jackets and are available for harvest throughout the year.

The banana plant grows 10 to 26 feet and belongs to the Musaceae family of plants along with plantains.

The cluster of fruits contain anywhere from 50 to 150 bananas with individual fruits grouped in bunches, known as "hands," containing 10 to 25 bananas.

Bananas are a good source of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function. Since one medium-sized banana contains a whopping 400-plus mg of potassium, the inclusion of bananas in your routine meal plan may help to prevent high blood pressure and protect against atherosclerosis.
