Natural medicine heals through natural, time-tested methods, restoring you to vibrant health, your natural state of being.
I use the acupuncture pin, a hair-thin device gently inserted at energetic centres, carefully mapped thousands of years ago and verified today by sensitive instrumentation.

What does a professionally administered insertion feel like? A mosquito-bite, if you feel anything at all. So, if you can handle a mosquito-bite, you can handle acu-puncture treatment. Next, I direct the energetic systems to produce physical results, lowering blood pressure, easing pain, decreasing inflammation, regulating hormones, repairing injuries, draining stress, improving lung function. I verify the results of my work thorough blood pressure monitors, pain scales, function tests, blood tests, peak-flow indicators.

Although I am well trained in Oriental as well as western herbal medicine, I find that western herbal medicine has trustable sourcing, a rich history, is more genetically true for use with patients descended from European populations, and is very effective.

I use a Meditech BioFlex Low-Level Laser System. Laser Therapy offers patients a safe and effective therapy for a wide range of medical conditions, including soft tissue and sports injuries, wound healing, dermatological conditions and a variety of musculoskeletal problems. The technology utilizes superluminous and laser diodes to irradiate diseased or traumatized tissue with photons. These particles of energy are selectively absorbed by the cell membrane and intracellular molecules, resulting in the initiation of a cascade of complex physiological reactions, leading to the restoration of normal cell structure and function. The process is curative and therefore results in the elimination of symptoms including pain. In addition, it enhances the body's immune system response and facilitates natural healing. The therapy is completely safe and has no adverse side effects. The technology is highly effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, arthritis, sports injuries, wound healing and a wide range of dermatological conditions.

With a passion for preventing breast cancer, I am developing a seminar on breast health with a local M.D. We will be teaching women how to keep their breasts healthy. In preparation, I researched a healthy, comfortable, supportive bra and found Tab bras, www.tabbras.com, designed by a woman in Vancouver. Tab bras do not impede lymph flow. I custom-fit women with Tab bras in my clinic.

'I have suffered for about 25 years with migraine headaches and a sore neck...I had some apprehension in the beginning, now I would recommend acupuncture to anybody.
